Relationships Are Overrated!

It’s time to build more than just relationships, I’m working to build a soulship. Something much deeper than love , we see each other inside out. Ready to heal each other every second of the way.

Have you ever fell in love , even out of love , was it even love from the beginning? We’re going to tap deep into what makes us tick & what makes us smile inside out. It’s time to learn how we can be better for ourselves & for the person we love.

It all starts with seeing who we are first. Even if your partner is the issue, we have to also look inward to see who we are. Why did we attract this type of person , what made us drawn to them ? Once we can answer those questions, it’s pretty simple on whether you should continue or just let it go. Avoid being judgmental, instead work to learn them.

First things first. Communication is 1000% of your relationship. It’s literally the foundation of your entire love life. If there is no communication there is simply nothing. Even if you have one person who communicates well, & one who doesn’t. It just won’t work without both parties being on board.

This is what causes potentially good relationships to break. One usually is making more effort , & one isn’t. So they go back & forth. Until it finally ends. The sad part is. If they both haven’t evolved in that process. They will just blame each other. The one who was right should understand you can’t get someone to change , & the one in the wrong needs to

If the love is real , set that pride & ego to the side and talk it out. Let it be know space is needed in order for this to grow. If one or both can not do that. Then simply let it go. If you both want it to work. Work on yourself only , focus on being your best you and all will fall into place.

What are you waiting for? When’s the last time you had a night out? A time alone, with friends or just some down time? I’m sure it’s been too long. We’ve been so occupied with work , business, family , personal etc. We forget to have FUN!

You don’t need money to have fun either. There’s MANY free events in your area if you’d take the time to google them. Where are you going to go next ? What are you going to do for fun? Read a book, hit the lake , a park , play some sports or video games ? However you choose. You need to do it for YOU only.

Life isn’t short , it’s as long as you can make it. Move wisely and you’ll enjoy a happy , long fulfilling life.

Motivate Yourself!

Take some time to get yourself motivated. However that is. You need to take the initiative to focus on what’s best for yourself. Some people are motivated by music, art, films , people, self & so much more. It’s almost impossible to not find something that motivates you. You just haven’t put much effort into it yet. But today that changes..

However you find it , stay dedicated to it daily! Make it your routine and habit. This will ensure that you get to where you want to be in life. Take control of your life or your life will take control of you. Tap In.

Take Control!

It’s okay to set boundaries for yourself, stick to them. Make them a daily routine and habit. This will ensure that you control every outcome of your life. take note.

Start allowing yourself to live freely with boundaries. Meaning you can do the things you’d like anytime you’d like, just in moderation. Control how you move and when you move.

If that means changing your circle, whether that’s family , platonic or romantic. You need to make sure you are around the right company. Making sure you are in track to live your best life.

Start getting yourself right, start loving yourself entirely. This is your world 🌍, your life , your destiny. Your everything. Take control.

Utilize your Time.

Time not used well, is time well wasted. Open up yourself to doing something different each day. Expand your horizons. What’s something you can add to enhance your life daily?

We are always busy doing something else , other than things for ourselves. Ask yourself these two questions. When’s the last time you did something for someone , bills , expenses included? Now when’s the last time you did anything for yourself , even just a little peace and quiet? Write it out. I bet for most , the list doing for others is far longer.

When we start taking care of our needs , we learn how to operate for ourselves & only ourselves. Taking the time to keep our heads held high , our standards higher and our expectations at its highest. This ensures that we stay focused. As well as being in a blissful state of mind. Can’t beat that. 😊

Use your time to get creative , it’ll open new doors. It’ll open you up to talents you didn’t even know you had , you might brush up on some talents you’ve had sitting in your closet, collecting dust. However you go about it. Take care of you first.

Trust that you will take control of your life , if you allow yourself to. Much love , light & peace. Tap in.

Evolve Yourself

Without growth there is no self elevation. Without elevation there is no evolving. Without evolving, you will be left behind. There will never be any revelations you’ll be open to, which means you will always remain stagnant.

It’s time for a change. It’s no longer just thinking we have nothing to work on ourselves, it’s no longer pointing fingers when it’s US that need the inner work. There’s a difference between giving constructive criticism and then being defensive and projecting yourself on to others just to call them out. Cause you felt attacked or triggered.

Evolving will be your best journey ever, you will need a new version of yourself, daily. You’ll be more happier, calmer, confident, secured & so much more. You’ll finally feel as if you’ve taken control of your life, for once. You’ll take back that power you’ve lost so many years ago.

How to evolve ?

  • Admit you have habits & issues that need to be changed.
  • Admit to ALL your flaws without blaming anyone , or adding anyone that is similar. Worry about yourself.
  • Stop jumping to defense when someone is simply trying to help you.
  • Don’t project what you feel onto others , instead use that emotion to get better. Otherwise you’ll never work on yourself. You’ll forever be ready to call flaws on others , any time yours are being called on. Learn who’s helping and who’s projecting.
  • Make a effort to heal, don’t do it for a few days then say “ it didn’t work” this takes years even. Go at your pace. You should be evolving daily.
  • Change your habits and your social circle. It matters who you spend most of your time with. Those are where you’re going you’ll gain all your insights, creative ideas and more. Make sure you’re around those who can really push that side.
  • Don’t allow traumas to determine your present & future. It matters. Let go.
  • Lastly you need to want it for yourself , and then others. Cause if you’re not doing it for yourself , then you’re going to be forced to change to whatever people want. Understanding the difference between someone helping Vs someone controlling will save you the trouble.

Overall you should be able to know your own flaws , ask around. Ask your friends & family are there things that you do, that you may be unaware of. Don’t ask that person who’s been waiting all their life to talk down on you. Ask someone you TRULY trust to guide you the right way. There’s too many haters close by that we’re unaware of, they’ll stir you in the wrong direction. Stir yourself the right way.

The Power Of Meditation.

Meditation isn’t just silencing your thoughts, there’s many forms of meditation that benefit all of us , all ages , & all races. If you want to live a internally peaceful life, where you are ALWAYS in control? Read on.

Silent Meditation

Silent meditation I like to consider the starter before the finale. Why? Because this teaches you how to control your thought patterns, practice makes perfect. Try to silence your mind for at least three seconds , think of completely nothing. Then add more time. See what’s the furthest you can go.

Soon you’ll be able to go further for longer periods of time. This calms the mind , and guides you to control unwanted and wanted thoughts , as well as needed and unneeded negative thinking.

Thoughts” Meditation

This is when all those pesky intrusive thoughts come flowing in, everything from what’s not going right , to everything that’s also going right in your life. This is the major key point. This is when you NEED to listen to those thoughts, do not go against it trying to think positive. Pay attention to your thoughts every single way.

Do NOT ignore them. If you continuously ignore what your mind worries about , you’ll never find a solution and it’ll only get worse. The thoughts are flowing in uncontrollably, because you’ve left them unchecked for so many years.

Take your time to hear what’s bothering you , keep a mental note , or write them out EVERY single thought. Then I want you to find a way to solve that, read over your notes. Go over your thoughts. If it can’t be solved , delete it, forget it. That’s it. If it can be solved , find many ways to do so with patience and gratitude. Allow time to to its courses. Release that worry knowing you’re one step ahead than before.

Release & Gratitude Meditation

You’ve learned how to silence your thoughts and you’ve learned how to control and pause your thinking process. So no more overthinking and overwhelming thoughts will ever ruin your peace of mind. Now it’s time to release all of those negative energies, breathe in positive energy, and exhale the negative.

See the negative thoughts being removed from the top of your head as you exhale , and when breathing in , see the positive energies being flowed into your stomach to replace. Keep doing this until you feel pure peace/bliss.

As you do this release your negative thoughts with positive affirmations. Such as.

  • I am in control of my emotions & thoughts.
  • I release all negative energies that were preventing me from succeeding.
  • I release and remove anything negative that is intervening my self growth.
  • I release anything negative that can affect my future.
  • I release any negative thinking that prevents me from keeping my mind at peace.

So when we learn how to control our thinking , what we think and how we think. We change how we react to things in life. It’s like a new reaction to the same actions. You’ll always meet the same types of reactions in different people & places, but it’s up to you , to change how you handle and react to life. Show gratitude every second of the way hard times & good.

You got this ! I’m rooting for you. Now go meditate ! Your soul is BEGGING for it. Do not turn off those wild thoughts. As I’ve mentioned they’re flooding in because they’ve been sitting unopened like a mailbox. Eventually cramming to the point , where no new mail (thoughts) can come through. Start opening them thoughts before they blow through and that’s when you’ll have a mental breakdown, trying to collect your thoughts from all over your mailroom/lawn.

Starting Over With New.

Not everything has to be rekindled , platonic or romantic. Sometimes things work best when the door is kept closed the first time around. If you can keep the peace while keeping your distance or if you decide to keep in touch. However you do it , don’t revert back to old patterns , start new. There’s much more greater to come.

You can’t ignore the elephant in the room, sometimes we go backwards because it’s easier and familiar. We’re afraid to find new , but if what was old wasn’t working.. then shouldn’t you want to go towards something newer? I would highly recommend you to do so. It’s easy to get lost in memories , this can be a trap.

Don’t suppress your present, which affects your future. If it was meant to be it would be , I’m not saying all things will be easy, but it won’t be extremely difficult to just come to an agreement.

New will (not can) WILL bring you much joy and light into your life. Especially if you’ve been feeling stuck. Not anymore you aren’t. Embrace for new ways to enjoy your life path. Start over and refresh yourself.

You owe yourself a new beginning, don’t let anyone stop that. Only you can stop your own blessings. Move forward.

New Thought’s. NewMovements.

When you start to make a change within yourself, the things you do will mirror that behavior. So think & move wisely.

If we don’t change the way we think, we won’t change the way we operate in life. There’s times negative thoughts & emotions arrive and can seemingly take over. Taking over the clarity of our minds. We can’t focus on what’s important and it becomes overwhelming, and we want to quit. We might even start to self doubt ourselves. Which is false.

Instead of quitting , let’s think of a new approach & then make a new action. That’ll result in a new outcome. Which gives you a new experience & opens you up to becoming more open minded, for future similarities.

Work hard daily to get yourself right, work hard to find where your inner peace starts from. Then give yourself that and more. Stop being afraid, learn when to take a pause, refresh and the finesse your arts.

Be open , ground your self by taking some alone time , this will allow you to quiet your mind , listen to those thoughts and find a solution that works best for you. Don’t sugar coat yourself , get right.
